blueaudit.hr team match is the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
The team includes Snježana Turalija, owner of GREENIKA d.o.o., who has been actively involved in sustainable construction since 2009, both in Croatia and the wider region, as well as at the international level through the World Green Building Council, where she served as a board member in 2017/2018. Since 2019, through her company GREENIKA, she has been actively working to promote and implement the DGNB certification system in building and urban block projects, ensuring that green principles are properly applied in investment projects. Snježana Turalija became a DGNB Consultant in 2015, a DGNB Trainer in 2020, and is also a DGNB Auditor. From 2023 to the present, she has been collaborating with BLUESAVE Consulting GmbH and Blueaudit d.o.o. on project evaluations for certification according to international DGNB standards. The second part of the team consists of BLUESAVE Consulting Office GmbH from Austria, headed by Managing Director Doris Wirth, a DGNB Auditor with many years of experience on more than 70 projects certified according to international sustainability certification systems for buildings. The company has over 20 years of experience in projects related to energy efficiency and the application of sustainable design and construction standards, particularly in accordance with the requirements of the international DGNB certification system. The BLUESAVE Consulting Office GmbH office in Vienna employs more than 20 experts in fields related to certification – specialists in LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT, LIFE CYCLE COST, BIODIVERSITY, construction material management, and similar areas. In 2024, they established Blueaudit d.o.o. in Zagreb and are actively involved in DGNB certification. GREENIKA d.o.o. and BLUEAUDIT d.o.o. are active members of the Croatia Green Building Council (www.gbccroatia.org).

Vision
The blueaudit.hr team, through its vision, wants to implement the principles of sustainability in the Croatian building industry in the processes of planning, design, construction and/or reconstruction, management and maintenance of buildings, for which the DGNB international certificate is used as a basic tool, more information about which is available via www.dgnb.de and www.gbccroatia.org
Mission
The mission of the team behind blueaudit.hr is to integrate the principles of sustainable construction into investment projects of new construction and/or reconstruction, as well as into "BUILDING IN USE" projects, and to certify buildings from the sectors of tourism, health, education, housing, industry and the general economy for which office buildings enriched with the DGNB mark of excellence in architecture and construction are needed. The blueaudit.hr team works on project evaluation processes and helps in obtaining the DGNB certificate in compliance with the additional requirements arising from the Regulation on EU taxonomy, on ESG reporting, on guidelines for the preparation of project assessments in the context of climate risks, with absolute transparency and compliance with current national legislation regulations.
